In consideration of the acceptance of me by ALL BREED OBEDIENCE TRAINING CLUB (ABOTC)
as a member of its dog training classed of instruction, I/we undersigned, hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations of ABOTC and to be solely and severally responsible for any and all damages or injuries resulting from any act by me of my dog.
Further, I will hereby indemnify ABOTC and its members from liability in any damage(s) to my dog of me, or others
