Beth Bornman
Instructor
Beth has over 30 years training and showing dogs. Her personal dogs have included Labradors, toy poodles, and Dobermans. She has trained her dogs at Eastfield College, Hound House, DTCDC, and ABOTC.
Her dogs have earned several titles and certifications through Beth’s dedicated training. AKC titles they have earned include CD/Companion Dog, CDX/Companion Dog Excellent, UD/Urban Dog and CGC/Canine Good Citizen. One of her dogs also became a certified pet therapy dog at Baylor Rehab, giving love and hope to many.
Through the years Beth has instructed Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Classes with ABOTC. She finds teaching and being involved as a volunteer with ABOTC rewarding because it is easy to see how the dogs improve each week with their training, with the help of their owners.
“Wednesday night training classes are one of the highlights of the week, because they are fun and exciting, with the opportunity to meet new people and new dogs, as well as visit with friends.”
